Updated Residential Data Input Form / New MLS® fields for Whistler listings now available

With member feedback and support, Greater Vancouver REALTORS® added 11 new fields to the MLS® specific to the Whistler area today.

Alongside this change, we’re also making total parking spaces, and covered parking spaces, mandatory fields.

You’ll find these new fields on the residential attached, detached, and multi-family listings.

What to expect

Here’s a list of the new fields and the sections you’ll find them in:

  • Quarter Share (Title to Land)

  • Bare Land Strata (Title to Land)

  • Top Floor Unit (Style of Home)

  • Chalet (Style of Home)

  • Phase 1 properties (BA - Bylaw Restrictions)

  • Phase 2 properties (BA - Bylaw Restrictions)

  • Employee Restricted (BA - Bylaw Restrictions)

  • Ski in/Ski out (Amenities)

  • Pickle Ball Court (Amenities)

  • Distance to Ski hill/Lift (Property Details)

  • Is this a Pre-Sale (Strata Properties)
